D&S Resources is currently seeking A-Grade Chefs/Cooks to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals with consistency and pride in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals consistently and efficiently.
  • Support the kitchen team to maintain food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu execution and service improvements.
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery recognised in Australia (or higher)
  • White Card & Valid Tickets(Qualifications) or Willing to obtain.
  • Food Safety Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must pass a full Pre-Employment Medical Assessment and Drug & Alcohol Screen.
  • Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Certificate (highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and WHS requirements.
