D&S Resources are seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join a well-established mining operation offering long-term, secure work and strong earning potential.This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role on a 2:1 roster (days and nights) with competitive rates and an early start for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working around mine tailings and in conjunction with truck and shovel operations
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to achieve project milestones
  • Adhere to all site safety protocols, ensuring the safe operation of machinery in line with mining regulations
  • Monitor site conditions and report any potential hazards or equipment issues
  • Conduct pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks on the dozer to ensure optimal performance and safety

Requirements

  • Current Standard 11 or White Card / Construction Induction
  • Current & valid Driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • RII Statement of Attainment for Dozer Operations (RIIMPO308F or equivalent)
  • Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Strong site-based mining experience (heavy equipment operations essential)
  • Current Police Clearance or willing to obtain
  • Other Necessary Valid Tickets(Qualifications) or Willing to obtain.
